A lovely couple!! :-)

The budas and the painting

There's a lot of detail in this painting. I love how the buildings reflect in the water.

I guess this is some kind of seafood. There are lots of it in the Cambodian Supermarlet

I know what you're thinking... this is gross! But I just had to take a pic of this. That's my mom holding a poor crab, they're alive!!

There's a Cambodian Supermarket where they have this kind of altar. I like the vivid colors.

She was dancing while carrying the the sweets tray on her head and this lady really enjoyed having her picture taken haha

These dancers performed a typical african dance, very sexy I must say. It reminded me of belly dancing but with an african twist :-)

This guys have a band but they didn't perform at the festival. Well, at least not while I was there. They were very cool and friendly and even gave me a free demo Cd of their work. I have to confess I haven't listened to it yet though

This African singer is called Mamadou ( I hope I'm spelling the name alright!) I bought his Cd and his music is very good. He even sings a song in Spanish- Goajira. He has a web page so check him out.

The guy in the white shirt with an african map on it is a photographer... unlike me :-b

Two kids playing around at the African Festival

People having some summer fun with their boat

African Safari

This is a shot of the 'beach' at the Merrimack River. The water is certainly not crystal clear but is very refreshing :-b

Same store from a different angle

An old Collectables Store. Love the colors :-b

Another sight of Lowell

An evening shot of the clock of City Hall

An old bell

What is the little statue telling the big one?

This is a picture of a church in Lowell, baptist I think. I was just trying to catch some detail of its architecture with the camera, the light was too strong I think.
